Responsibilities:

  • Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment;
  • Communicate effectively and provide data to help the delivery teams report on the project or programme to senior stakeholders;
  • Lead and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support;
  • Be accountable for your Project budgets to ensure delivery of value, accurate forecasting and management of change;
  • Ensure path to live is understood and focus on delivery of goals is maintained;
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency;
  • Build understanding of long term needs while managing expectations of current contract scope;
  • Identify opportunities to add value to existing customers beyond current scope;
  • Ensure accurate timecard entry and budgeted expense costs are managed;
  • Responsible for customer journey as primary point of contact;
  • Apply industry standard tools and techniques to capture requirements, plan projects activities and effectively manage resources;
  • Client communications . You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day communications with clients are smooth and well planned;
  • Base location will be London office with occasional travel to customer sites;
  • Provide feedback to other Privitar teams where needed to improve overall customer experience;
  • Stakeholder management through concise reporting and effective meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Project management experience;
  • Understanding of sales and procurement processes for enterprise customers;
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Customer oriented approach;
  • Problem-solving aptitude;
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software;
  • Sharp business acumen.
