Responsibilities:
- Lead current and future digital and development focused client projects;
- Add creative and digital development resource to the in-house team;
- Be adept at delegating tasks to appropriate team members and successfully project managing campaigns at all stages;
- Formulate ideas and offer insightful solutions to client needs;
- Be the guardian of best practice with an eye on emerging tech and industry trends;
- Take responsibility for all development work and ownership of thorough quality control;
- Planning and implementing strategic PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads & Yahoo;
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports using Excel pivot table / PowerBi or similar;
- Planning and implementing strategic SEO campaigns to ensure continued growth in traffic;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure performance adheres to business growth objectives;
- Drive, strategise and develop the growth of this digital department;
- Reporting into the Managing Director and strategically looking to continue growth of the business online;
- Management – Ensures the Digital team is adequately resourced, actively developed and highly motivated to deliver against its mandate;
- Experience – Owns the digital user experience, working closely with product owners to drive improvements that are evidenced in KPI trends;
- Culture – Supports a business wide cultural shift by driving digital awareness of what is possible.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing;
- A proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Bitbucket, Git etc;
- Able to sell ideas and a vision with confidence;
- Experience in REACT;
- Comfortable working with debugging tools such as Firebug, Chrome Inspector etc;
- Knowledge of planning and delivering WordPress web builds from the ground up;
