Responsibilities:
- Network management;
- Assets management, project management & coordination, ITIL implementation;
- Maintain the security and efficiency of the IT and telephone systems and equipment;
- Software installations;
- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support when required;
- Setting up new PCs/laptops.
Requirements:
- An understanding of project management methods;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills;
- Minimum 2 years IT experience;
- Full understanding of IT networks and networking – VLAN/MPLS/RDS;
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management qualification.
