Our company is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring junior members of the marketing team;
  • Researching organisations to find new customers and identifying who makes the decisions;
  • Being a brand ambassador to the business, sector and service line;
  • Supporting the bid and pursuits team in regards to collateral;
  • Planning, developing and executing print and online marketing (including “pay per click “campaigns);
  • Organising events;
  • Organising and attending events/conferences to meet new and existing clients;
  • Planning, implementing and coordinating marketing campaigns to generate leads;
  • Writing reports and making presentations to customers and senior management;
  • Partnering with key stakeholders influencing strategy and direction;
  • Tracking and measuring campaign results and marketing/sales data;
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing;
  • Formulating strategic campaigns within the department and wider team to promote the business services;
  • Developing relationships both internally (within other departments) and externally;
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience in either a digital agency or open source environment;
  • Excellent communication and IT skills;
  • At least 1 years experience in a managerial marketing role;
  • Maintenance (in collaboration with the Firm’s IT Manager) of the website and making use of SEO and Google Analytics;
  • At least 4 years marketing experience;
  • Leadership and motivation skills;
  • Assisting each Head of Department to identify growth opportunities;
  • Maximising the creative use and effectiveness of the firm’s existing social media accounts and establishing new ones;
  • A review of the firm’s existing newsletters;
  • Project & budget management skills;
  • Good organisation and planning;
  • Working with the firm’s Marketing Partner and Managing Partner to agree the firm’s marketing strategy and budget;
  • The effective use of the firm’s new CRM, Tikit Connect together with the associated eMarketing software;
  • Organisational and time management skills;
  • Great attention to detail and creativity.
