Our company is looking for a Non-Executive Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring financial information is accurate and that financial controls and systems of risk management are robust and defensible;
  • Providing independent views on resources, appointments, standards of conduct;
  • Scrutinising and monitoring the performance of management in meeting-agreed goals and objectives, including contributing to succession planning;
  • Board performance evaluation including addressing issues and benchmarking;
  • Advise on risk management and internal control frameworks;
  • Recommend to the Stake Holder group appropriate levels of remuneration of Executive Directors and management and to advise on reward mechanisms;
  • Bring an external, independent perspective and advise the Board accordingly;
  • Scrutinise the performance of management against the objectives and values of the company;
  • Challenge Executive Directors on their decision making;
  • Assist in setting and revising strategy and objectives;
  • Helping to develop the strategic direction of the PSR, and ensure the organisation complies with good governance practices.
