Our company is looking for a Non-Executive Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring financial information is accurate and that financial controls and systems of risk management are robust and defensible;
- Providing independent views on resources, appointments, standards of conduct;
- Scrutinising and monitoring the performance of management in meeting-agreed goals and objectives, including contributing to succession planning;
- Board performance evaluation including addressing issues and benchmarking;
- Advise on risk management and internal control frameworks;
- Recommend to the Stake Holder group appropriate levels of remuneration of Executive Directors and management and to advise on reward mechanisms;
- Bring an external, independent perspective and advise the Board accordingly;
- Scrutinise the performance of management against the objectives and values of the company;
- Challenge Executive Directors on their decision making;
- Assist in setting and revising strategy and objectives;
- Helping to develop the strategic direction of the PSR, and ensure the organisation complies with good governance practices.
