Operations Leader Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Operations Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of Operation Supervisors;
- Manage bay operations based on Six Sigma principles;
- Ensure operating practices within bay environment are in-line with site environment including adherence to appropriate controls and procedures;
- Ensure adherence to Company HSE working practices;
- Manage and plan all work flow carried out within Service Technology Bay Environments;
- Occasional site based work will form a part of this role.
Requirements:
- High safety, health, environmental and quality awareness;
- Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in the industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Chemicals industry education;
- Able to handle confidential information;
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in Dutch and preferably English.
