Our company is looking for a Operations Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Line management of Operation Supervisors;
  • Manage bay operations based on Six Sigma principles;
  • Ensure operating practices within bay environment are in-line with site environment including adherence to appropriate controls and procedures;
  • Ensure adherence to Company HSE working practices;
  • Manage and plan all work flow carried out within Service Technology Bay Environments;
  • Occasional site based work will form a part of this role.

Requirements:

  • High safety, health, environmental and quality awareness;
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in the industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Chemicals industry education;
  • Able to handle confidential information;
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in Dutch and preferably English.
