Our company is looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines;
  • Produce client-facing campaign reports for advertising campaigns;
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-manage and be efficient at completing a variety of tasks;
  • Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring in-house budgeting and time management software is updated daily;
  • Adhere to a professional level of conduct at all times;
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues in order to raise them with the wider team;
  • Attend internal WIP meetings and regularly demonstrate self-learning;
  • Develop and implement paid social strategies for the client in line with revenue and campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion);
  • Launch Display Advertising;
  • Weekly analytics and reporting;
  • Analyze ongoing results to ensure budget pacing and performance is met;
  • Optimising Social Advertising campaigns to achieve client targets;
  • Ensure that paid social is consistent with organic content;
  • Work cross-functionally to grown cross-channel initiatives;
  • Utilising 3rd Party Tools as well as native self serve platforms to deliver success.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience using Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager;
  • A track record of liaising with a range of stakeholders;
  • Proven experience using Google Analytics and Excel for post-campaign analysis within a business environment;
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager is essential;
  • Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Experienced setting up and optimising digital adverts across social channels;
  • A mathematical and analytical mind;
  • Highly organised and an ability to multi-task;
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and Google Ad Words is a plus;
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and Google Ad Words;
  • Experienced setting up and optimising digital adverts across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter is a must;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience.
