Our company is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the completing of tenders as required;
- Liaising with the product team regarding product features and changes, helping to keep the company’s products at the forefront of the industry;
- Occasional attendance at conferences and exhibitions to promote the company’s products;
- Maintaining sales reporting information as required;
- Engage prospects with high-quality conversations, to build relationships and qualify leads;
- Meet and exceed monthly personal targets;
- Collaborate with the Client Acquisition Team;
- Constant learning to advance your knowledge and understanding of Venditan Commerce and its market;
- Communicating customers’ technical requirements to the installations project manager prior to implementation;
- Evaluating and testing potential new software solutions and hardware products;
- Representing the company with a passion for all things AML / KYC / Compliance;
- Participating in teleconferences where technical and functional advice is required;
- Answering pre-sales queries and ensuring that presales tickets raised in the helpdesk system are always answered within one hour;
- Performing online demonstrations and webinars as and when required;
- Quoting customers when required.
Requirements:
- Confidence and experience in delivering presentations to prospective end users;
- Resilient;
- An effective and persuasive communicator plus a great listener;
- Strong personality, outgoing, a natural networker;
- PBX, ACD, IVR, Unified Messaging, Predictive Dialling, Recording products;
- An active interest in IT and technology;
- Professional experience working with marketing and/or sales support;
- Own Born’s partnerships with our solutions partners to assist in building a pipeline;
- University degree in a computer related field of study;
- Candidates with professional certification such as MCSP, MCSE or CCNA given additional consideration;
- Professional experience working with IP networking to include architecture, design and VoIP;
- Strong technical aptitude, fast learner and able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Good telephone manner;
- Provide guidance on technical solution for enterprise builds and provide guidance to business and tech teams;
- Passionate about ground-breaking technology, with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
