Our company is looking for a Production Controller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating production schedules to ensure that the material flow is optimal;
  • Working to procedures in a tightly controlled industry preferably Aerospace [AS9100]
  • Attend meetings – Sales / Recovery / Scheduling;
  • Cover for other members across the P&L team;
  • Daily IPV and EOD reporting, including involvement in reserve methodologies;
  • Daily P&L, Position and Risk reporting;
  • Reconciliation of P&L to the GL;
  • Assist in the build out of the Product Control Target Operating Model (TOM);
  • Work collaboratively with management and the wider team to predict and prevent problems;
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within the Production Control area;
  • Understand and comply with all relevant company rules, agreements, policies and procedures;
  • Ownership of Trading book P&L up to Gross Margin including reconciliation up to GL;
  • Ad-hoc analysis and query investigation;
  • Daily P&L Production;
  • Management of stock levels in line with the company expectation of 100% customer delivery performance.

Requirements:

  • Ideally at AVP Level;
  • MUST be Immediately Available;
  • Must have Fixed Income/IPV product knowledge;
  • Proven success in a high quality, high volume, lean environment;
  • Strong Product Control background within the banking industry;
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, both internally and externally;
  • Have a good working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Demonstrated success in making significant contribution to continuous improvement activities.
