Our company is looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create digital O&M manuals, schedules etc;
  • Contact maintenance contractors;
  • Travel if required;
  • Communicate and follow up with PM/Family office;
  • Update PM and Family office on weekly bases with reports of previous week and weekly look-ahead;
  • Dealing with invoices;
  • Visit project sites and existing properties to evaluate progress and to respond to PM/Family;
  • Manager/designers/architects/contractors’ specific projects and their goals;
  • Communicate with house staff, rental properties agents and representatives;
  • Identify and pass to Head of Projects (HoP)/Project Manager (PM) project opportunities from within a set portfolio of fabric and M&E projects;
  • Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s);
  • Ensure customer acceptance is adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plans;
  • Understand the full scope of the project works to be delivered. This is to include budget requirements and required profit margins;
  • Ensure QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each project;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software;
  • Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required;
  • Excellent communication, accounting and organisation skills;
  • A-levels or equivalent required;
  • Experience in the construction industry property based.
