Our company is looking for a Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing bank deposits;
- Greeting and serving customers;
- Opening and closing the store;
- Handling cash – making change;
- Profit protection and stock management;
- Completion of work rotas in conjunction with management;
- Dealing with low level staff grievances;
- Ensure servery counters are well stocked and low stock levels are reported to the kitchen staff for action;
- Responsible for all appraisals and performance reviews;
- As a supervisor you will play a part in ensuring the staff and facilities are compliant in all aspects of training, H&S and client audit requirements;
- Assisting Store Management in achieving company KPI’s;
- Have excellent product knowledge across a broad product range;
- Lead a large team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times;
- Strong visual merchandising skills;
- Provide training to colleagues to ensure they have outstanding product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Professional appearance and demeanor;
- High school diploma;
- Customer Service oriented;
- At least three years of customer service experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a changing environment;
- Advanced Level English verbal skills a must;
- Intermediate level written English a plus;
- Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
