Our company is looking for a Supervisor to join our team.


  • Preparing bank deposits;
  • Greeting and serving customers;
  • Opening and closing the store;
  • Handling cash – making change;
  • Profit protection and stock management;
  • Completion of work rotas in conjunction with management;
  • Dealing with low level staff grievances;
  • Ensure servery counters are well stocked and low stock levels are reported to the kitchen staff for action;
  • Responsible for all appraisals and performance reviews;
  • As a supervisor you will play a part in ensuring the staff and facilities are compliant in all aspects of training, H&S and client audit requirements;
  • Assisting Store Management in achieving company KPI’s;
  • Have excellent product knowledge across a broad product range;
  • Lead a large team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times;
  • Strong visual merchandising skills;
  • Provide training to colleagues to ensure they have outstanding product knowledge.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor;
  • High school diploma;
  • Customer Service oriented;
  • At least three years of customer service experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a changing environment;
  • Advanced Level English verbal skills a must;
  • Intermediate level written English a plus;
  • Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
