Regional Warehouse Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Regional Warehouse Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently manage people processes: this will include disciplinary and grievance procedures and occupational health;
- Ensure damage is kept to a minimum and recorded if it occurs;
- Demonstrate care and attention to handle stock and assets throughout the whole supply chain process;
- Collaboratively working with other warehouse managers to maintain high levels of stock availability and keep the operation going;
- Have a clear understanding of company policies;
- Maintain the Health and Safety at all times;
- Able to steadily increase productivity levels to meet company targets, whilst maintaining quality standards;
- Ensure effective communication across the business;
- Carryout weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual stock checks, levels and audits;
- Increase knowledge of company products and parts required.
