Our company is looking for a Revenue Controller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the billing, credit control and closely look after the billing and cash collection budgets;
  • Review billing rates with partners;
  • Enable the business to maximise potential utilisation and WIP & disbursement conversion, by running control reports which will indicate areas of risk;
  • Use Debt Collections Systems;
  • Assisting with client cost updates;
  • Proactive follow up of actions points arising from meetings;
  • Manage the WIP and Debtors through frequent meetings with partners;
  • Gain complete transparency of WIP;
  • Review the billing rates and implement the next step;
  • Sending out monthly WIP reports to Partners/BTK’s;
  • Assisting fee earners with time queries, i.e. difference between CD and Elite for bonus purposes;
  • Assist the Revenue Control Supervisor with client or general issues;
  • Building relationships with key clients & stakeholders;
  • Ensuring that bills are properly prepared and dispatched;
  • Dealing with clients both over phone and email.

  • Ability to create and maintain relationship with partners and clients;
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Confidence and the ability to place pressure tactfully on individuals and companies who owe money;
  • Reliable and adaptable team player with the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Thoroughly understand Elite 3E or Aderant;
  • Professional and confident on the telephone;
  • Excellent numeracy skills and ability to reconcile accurately;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong customer service/stakeholders management experience;
  • Excellent communication skills (able to liaise with partners on a range of billing and credit control matters);
  • Ability to be resilient and influential with contemporaries across all levels;
  • Good commercial awareness;
  • Highly numerate.
