Responsibilities:
- Increase the referral numbers from external supporters;
- Implement plans and forecasts with our Investment Directors;

Requirements:
- Ability to engage effectively at every level of firms, organisations and associations to board level;
- Build and maintain trusted relationships;
- 2:1 Degree and relevant industry qualifications an advantage;
- Proven experience as a Sales and Business Development Director or a relevant role (5-10 years) Consultative selling;
- Committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and ongoing personal development;
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude;
- Expert understanding (at least five years) of the UK financial services advice market;
- Strong presentation skills and excellent written and oral communicative ability;
- Proven experience of diverse industries and products;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Leadership, competence, credibility, empathy and resilience;
- Highly effective in a team environment but with a demonstrable track record as a self-starter;
- Systematic approach to planning and execution of professional responsibilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce);
