- We are looking to speak to ambitious, guest obsessed candidates who can demonstrate leading big teams and are hungry to succeed;
- You will love people and be able to lead by example in all aspects of service and turn your hand to both restaurant, bar and private dining options;
- Ideally you will have managed multifaceted operations and multiple operations- we are looking for an incredibly well-rounded individual;
- A passion for food, people and wine is a must.
