Our company is looking for a Senior Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the everyday running of the office; working closely alongside the Facilities, IT, HR and Finance teams;
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the administration department; setting priorities and effectively managing the team;
  • Providing project support to the Operations Manager and Senior Management – as well as coordinating internal and external company events;
  • Manage and develop vendor/supplier relationships;
  • Develop, review and implement admin systems, policies and procedures;
  • Assist with on-boarding of new employees;
  • Oversee and manage the coordination of all travel, accommodation and hospitality arrangements for the teams and our visitors;
  • Coordination of external and internal Company events;
  • Oversee special projects and provide project focused support to Operations Manager, Directors and Senior Management;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Office admin department including managing the team and setting priorities;
  • Monitor costs/expenses and stock control for budget preparation;
  • Oversee and manage the general administration for the Office;
  • Work closely with the Facilities, HR, Finance & IT teams in the day-to-day running of the office; maintaining a safe and secure work environment;
  • Review office contracts with all relevant vendors, working with the legal team in preparing, reviewing and signing new and existing contracts;
  • Prepare reports and oversee filing and record management.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and use of databases;
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Office Management or related field;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – keen problem solver and critical thinker;
  • Strong leadership and time, task and resource management skills;
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Management/Supervisory role;
  • Strong planning, project management and analytical skills;
  • Experience in booking corporate travel or supervising corporate travel requirements;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience;
  • Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and keep a level head while maintaining grace under pressure;
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with ability to work both with minimal supervision and as part of a team environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
