Senior Town Planner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with local planning authorities and third parties;
- Managing planning applications through the development process;
- Giving accurate and persuasive written and verbal arguments to clients and colleagues;
- Managing external consultant teams;
- Giving advice that assists in creating development proposals to suit the client’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Good negotiation and presentation skills;
- MRTPI;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to effectively network;
- At least two years experience in a consultancy environment, or equivalent is necessary;
- A strong academic background including RTPI accredited qualification.
