Our company is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with local planning authorities and third parties;
  • Managing planning applications through the development process;
  • Giving accurate and persuasive written and verbal arguments to clients and colleagues;
  • Managing external consultant teams;
  • Giving advice that assists in creating development proposals to suit the client’s requirements.

Requirements:

  • Good negotiation and presentation skills;
  • MRTPI;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively network;
  • At least two years experience in a consultancy environment, or equivalent is necessary;
  • A strong academic background including RTPI accredited qualification.
