Our company is looking for a Shift Engineering Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Fully cooperate with site Manager;
- To maintain accurate documentation;
- Fault Finding, Attending breakdowns, New Equipment installation, General Maintenance;
- Reporting of HSE Hazards;
- Liaising with senior Managers;
- Supervision of a team of Maintenance Engineers;
- Ensure the Clean as you go policy is maintained;
- Supporting Maintenance manager;
- General Building maintenance.
Requirements:
- Competent in working with PLC systems and fault finding;
- Strong technical knowledge in both Mechanical and Electrical;
- Effective Management skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility;
- Have relevant qualification and experience in Engineering role.
