Our company is looking for a Telephone Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with regular accounts and building key customer relationships;
  • Dealing with any account issues with the Sales Managers;
  • Actively manage a portfolio of levy paying employers through the end to end customer journey;
  • Report and analyse if accounts progress to sales manager;
  • Giving constant market information to accounts;
  • Have input into the strategy used in promote and sell through any product;
  • To develop an existing customer base – achieving set weekly and monthly activity and revenue/ profit targets;
  • Advise and consult with customers to define and achieve value add for them;
  • Work with internal departments to ensure all areas of the account are being run effectively / projects within time line;
  • Identify opportunities within your account base across portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proposition Knowledge;
  • Memberships with the Institute of Financial Planning and/or Personal Finance Society;
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards);
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced developmental sales environment where priorities, issues and schedules are constantly changing;
  • An understanding of FCA regulation and resulting impact;
  • Industry knowledge e.g. competitor activity, regulation.
