Our company is looking for a Media Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and monitoring media schedules and weekly client reports;
  • Setting up campaigns;
  • Supporting the media team in approving client budgets;
  • Supporting and assisting across all departments of the business including the Account Management and Insight teams;
  • Meeting project timelines;
  • Assisting the media planning and buying team to execute and monitor media buying.

Requirements:

  • Excellent client-facing skills and confidence when working with others;
  • A strong interest in branding, marketing and technology;
  • An internship or placement within Marketing or Media would be ideal but not a necessity;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills;
  • A minimum of a 2.1 from a top university;
  • A high motivated individual, who is proactive and commercially minded.
