Media Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Media Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and monitoring media schedules and weekly client reports;
- Setting up campaigns;
- Supporting the media team in approving client budgets;
- Supporting and assisting across all departments of the business including the Account Management and Insight teams;
- Meeting project timelines;
- Assisting the media planning and buying team to execute and monitor media buying.
Requirements:
- Excellent client-facing skills and confidence when working with others;
- A strong interest in branding, marketing and technology;
- An internship or placement within Marketing or Media would be ideal but not a necessity;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Fantastic organisational and time management skills;
- A minimum of a 2.1 from a top university;
- A high motivated individual, who is proactive and commercially minded.
