Assistant Customer Service Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners;
- Supervise the Customer Service team and ensure tasks are completed;
- Raise and check invoices;
- Monitor KPI’s and provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager;
- Be the first point of contact for any customer service issues;
- Monitor stock and oversee stock takes;
- Communicate with stores, track orders and repairs;
- Ensure sales requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages;
- Preferably French speaking;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure;
- Experience of working as an Assistant Manager/Team Leader, preferably within the luxury industry;
- A positive attitude, ambitious, energetic and inquisitive;
- CRM knowledge is preferable;
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, both written and oral.
