Cost Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Cost Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Enquiries for sales team;
- Raising quotations via the CRM system;
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers, both in the UK and China;
- Annual archiving;
- You will be working closely with all suppliers, sales team and internal teams;
- General typing and filing;
- Completing internal excel sheets for new items ordered for internal sales team;
- Requesting drawings and samples for products being quoted;
- Working with Sugar CRM system;
- Raising costing sheets using excel.
Requirements:
- Degree and professional qualification in business administration or a related degree;
- Good knowledge of large scale projects;
- Flexible to travel regularly to attend meetings and work at different project sites in a number of countries throughout Northern Europe and USA;
- IT literate with the ability to operate MS office systems and other IT based project management software. (SAP, Advanced Excel skills);
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a benefit but not necessary.
