Our company is looking for a Cost Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Enquiries for sales team;
  • Raising quotations via the CRM system;
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers, both in the UK and China;
  • Annual archiving;
  • You will be working closely with all suppliers, sales team and internal teams;
  • General typing and filing;
  • Completing internal excel sheets for new items ordered for internal sales team;
  • Requesting drawings and samples for products being quoted;
  • Working with Sugar CRM system;
  • Raising costing sheets using excel.

Requirements:

  • Degree and professional qualification in business administration or a related degree;
  • Good knowledge of large scale projects;
  • Flexible to travel regularly to attend meetings and work at different project sites in a number of countries throughout Northern Europe and USA;
  • IT literate with the ability to operate MS office systems and other IT based project management software. (SAP, Advanced Excel skills);
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a benefit but not necessary.
