Front of House Receptionist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client;
- Dealing with visitors on site;
- Answer the switchboard within three rings and transfer calls to the correct departments and announce calls whenever you are not dealing with customers;
- Reserve and recharge taxi requirements for individual companies following the booking procedure in place;
- Assist with the purchase of office supplies and stationery;
- Organising meetings;
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
- Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately;
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service is given to each individual at all times;
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions;
- General administration tasks;
- arranging travel and accommodation;
- Understand the philosophy and structure of the agency;
- Ensure all visitors are booked in to gain access to the building;
- Prepare for interviews, tidying conference rooms and providing refreshments. Direct the Clients/Candidates as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Previous experience in a Front of House role;
- previous experience is essential;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to use initiative, and solve problems efficiently;
- Self-motivated and flexible;
- Well presented;
- Energetic with excellent communication skills;
- Team player with keen attitude to support the rest of the team;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Customer service experience;
- Reception experience ideal;
- Confident using Microsoft Office;
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Ability to ensure a 5* client service at all times.
