Our company is looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client;
  • Dealing with visitors on site;
  • Answer the switchboard within three rings and transfer calls to the correct departments and announce calls whenever you are not dealing with customers;
  • Reserve and recharge taxi requirements for individual companies following the booking procedure in place;
  • Assist with the purchase of office supplies and stationery;
  • Organising meetings;
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
  • Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately;
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service is given to each individual at all times;
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions;
  • General administration tasks;
  • arranging travel and accommodation;
  • Understand the philosophy and structure of the agency;
  • Ensure all visitors are booked in to gain access to the building;
  • Prepare for interviews, tidying conference rooms and providing refreshments. Direct the Clients/Candidates as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Previous experience in a Front of House role;
  • previous experience is essential;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to use initiative, and solve problems efficiently;
  • Self-motivated and flexible;
  • Well presented;
  • Energetic with excellent communication skills;
  • Team player with keen attitude to support the rest of the team;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Reception experience ideal;
  • Confident using Microsoft Office;
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to ensure a 5* client service at all times.
