Our company is looking for a Internal Communications Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating logos and branding for new initiatives;
- Raising awareness of employee facilities and benefits;
- Create and distribute a monthly wellbeing newsletter;
- Planning and running relevant events;
- Take complex information and create clear concise articles relevant to the audience;
- Maintain company intranet and HR intranet;
- Look at ways to monitor and improve employee satisfaction through internal communications;
- Proofread large amounts of copy;
- Develop a solid understanding of ASOS Customer Care;
- Producing documentation to encourage a Company style;
- Update communications calendar and schedules to ensure expectations are met;
- Write targeted, exciting and varied content using our brand tone of voice;
- Producing weekly/ monthly and quarterly newsletters;
- Support queries and requests coming into shared inboxes;
- Collaborate with the central Corporate Communications & Events team to ensure that plans are aligned, and the most effective channels are leveraged.
Requirements:
- Great organisational skills;
- A proactive approach to building internal relationships;
- An eye for photography;
- Confident in writing creative content for internal distribution;
- Excellent graphic design skills; knowledge of relevent programmes e.g. Adobe Creative Suites;
- Creative flair, understanding of images (knowledge of Photoshop would be advantageous);
- Degree within communications/ journalism/ English Literature would be advantageous;
- Excellent copywriting skills.
