Our company is looking for a Part Time Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing of the business;
  • To meet and greet visitors into Reception;
  • Booking travel and accommodation;
  • Sourcing and purchasing stationery and office supplies;

  • Meet and Greet all visitors to the business;
  • Arranging off-site meetings and facilities;

Requirements:

  • Understanding and interpreting spectacles prescription and contact lenses specification for ordering of contact lenses and spectacles;
  • Understanding a range of eye conditions including how they affect the health and vision of the eyes.
