Our company is looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Meetings – attend and contribute effectively to all appropriate HR meetings;
  • Support all colleagues with HR advice;
  • Manage sickness, performance and other reports regularly;
  • Record & Information Management – maintain own records and information management practices;
  • Train managers to ensure they give appropriate advice to staff;
  • Relationship Management – manage customer and colleague relationships (internally and externally) to maximise the effectiveness of HR;
  • Reward & Benefits – provide guidance on reward queries;
  • Help improve HR policies;
  • Project Work – As directed by the HR Business Partner, work on/contribute to HR projects to support successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified;
  • Experience in a HR advisory role;
  • Great knowledge of HR policies.
