Our company is looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- HR Meetings – attend and contribute effectively to all appropriate HR meetings;
- Support all colleagues with HR advice;
- Manage sickness, performance and other reports regularly;
- Record & Information Management – maintain own records and information management practices;
- Train managers to ensure they give appropriate advice to staff;
- Relationship Management – manage customer and colleague relationships (internally and externally) to maximise the effectiveness of HR;
- Reward & Benefits – provide guidance on reward queries;
- Help improve HR policies;
- Project Work – As directed by the HR Business Partner, work on/contribute to HR projects to support successful delivery.
Requirements:
- CIPD Qualified;
- Experience in a HR advisory role;
- Great knowledge of HR policies.
