Our company is looking for a Reception/Team Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors;
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and calls;
- Processing staff expenses;
- Team Assistant support work to include diary management and travel management such as organising of flights, accommodation and transport;
- Managing up to 6 meeting rooms including the set-up of refreshments and VC calls;
- Assisting with the HR Manager and Office Manager with ad hoc project support.
