Our company is looking for a Relocation Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseload to ensure follow up with customers, including VIP caseload;
  • Negotiate the tenancy agreement on behalf of the relocating employee, including break clauses, RPI and special clauses;
  • Develop, maintain and build working relationship with transferring employee;
  • Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employee;
  • Coordinate/manage the activities of third party suppliers;
  • Represent company at client review meetings or sales presentations as required;
  • Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required;
  • Management of relocating employee expectations regarding the housing market in London and across the UK;
  • Training and mentoring of other team members as required;
  • Prepare weekly status reports;
  • Provide continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employee,

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of UK property law;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • Excellent computer skill, MS office, Outlook, etc;
  • Prior customer service experience;
  • Must have at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar function.
