Business Development & Customer Care Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Development & Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by your Manager, Supervisor, or Senior FIT Account Executives;
- Deliver first class customer service to our clients;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients under your care;
- Ensure agreed response times to clients are met and all reservations undertaken are accurate;
- Assist with other departments when needed;
- Work with the Business Development Manager to support in quoting programmes and rates to both new and existing clients;
- Use TourPlan to ensure all procedures are adhered to as directed by your line manager;
- Undertake FIT client reservations in an efficient and customer-focused manner;
- Operate the department’s 24/7 emergency phone on a ROTA basis;
- Make hotel and other service reservations, all whilst maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is a distinct advantage;
- A friendly and diplomatic approach to clients;
- Experience using TourPlan is a distinct advantage;
- Excellent communication and customer care skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the UK & Ireland as a tourism product and destination is essential;
- Great team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
