Our company is looking for a SDR Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of given quota;
  • Ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals;
  • Ensure effective prospecting, up selling/cross selling, and pipeline development;
  • Assist the marketing personnel in creating programs and campaigns;
  • Assist in building a high-performing sales process;

  • Lead variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, this could range from small group to large group presentations and development sessions;
  • Keep track, monitor, and respond to all company’s performances related to sales;
  • Facilitate and direct the use of resources;
  • Collaborate with other departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company’s growth;
  • Develop effective benchmarks for optimum team performance;
  • Assist with pitch development process;
  • Effectively create and articulate value selling in various negotiations;
  • Develop well targeted strategies and sales plans;
  • Hiring highly intelligent, driven individuals at the start of their sales careers.

Requirements:

  • Previously managed a SDR Team;
  • Managed budgets of a team;
  • Previous experience in setting KPI’s and ensuring teams meet these;
  • Confident in leading and making key decisions;
  • Motivated and driven – leading their team by example;
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
