Our company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and opportunity goals through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence;
  • Lead generation Qualify inbound leads;
  • Processing card payments, troubleshooting problems that may arise;
  • Determination & skilfully handle objections the retailer may have using your knowledge and skills;
  • Show a return by signing retailers up to our incentive platform & encourage engagement by maintaining your visits;
  • Preparing and presenting accurate activity reports and analysis;
  • Answering questions about product specifications and pricing;
  • Work closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for Impact’s products;
  • Issuing compliant estimates / contract documentation to clients;
  • Collaborating with the marketing department in the analysis of inbound calls and email enquiries;
  • Be upstanding in recording accurate data for & communicating any issues, needs and successes;
  • Marketing (PR campaigns, Events, Website updates and success story writing);
  • Lead generation (Qualify inbound leads, Set up outbound email campaigns);
  • Set up outbound email campaigns;
  • Conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • You are a great problem solver and have the ability to clearly articulate challenges you’re facing to the wider team;
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic fast paced environment;
  • Proven experience in an independent, self-driven role. Candidates will be required to hand “hunter” mentality;
  • Fluent in English and one of the other languages (German – priority, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish);
  • 1-3 years’ B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience;
  • Proven advisory, consultancy experience, who understands their needs;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated; a doer and closer with exceptional communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills;
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills;
  • Experience conducting account mapping and developing prospecting strategy;
  • Experience with consultative managed services sales;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • You have commercial awareness, are hungry to succeed and have excellent attention to detail;
  • A sense of urgency towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes;
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred;
  • A proven track record of inside sales into a diversified industry base.
