Our company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply best in class sales development practices through a mixture of calling, emailing and social outreaches to connect with our target audience;
  • Coordinate meetings with prospects for our Account Executives in line with your targets;
  • Use forward thinking and innovative ways to approach potential new clients;
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Silverfin and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers;
  • Coming up with creative ways of finding and securing new leads;
  • Set up appointments/web demonstrations with the appropriate sales team members to help progress the trial to an online subscription;
  • Manage all the inbound leads;
  • Arrange meetings with potential new customers and sales teams;
  • Empower and assist leading Fortune 1000 companies with SEO technology;
  • Build rapport with prospects to nuture and transition ‘cold’ inquiries into ‘warm’ responsive prospects over time;
  • Assist sales people with other activities to help them bring new customers on board;
  • Maintain and enhance product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions;
  • Outbound prospecting into various industry verticals via channels such as phone, email, and social media;
  • Accurately pipelining and forecasting delivery to sales management;
  • Updating records in the CRM database.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment;
  • Self-motivated individual who is dedicated and driven to succeed in daily, weekly and monthly goals;
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work independently with energy, positivity and resilience;
  • Ability to meet and exceed set sales targets;
  • Ability to travel to events when needed (1-2 times per quarter);
  • Excellent written skills to and attention to detail;
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning and call control;
  • Technology Landscape: Salesforce, Salesloft, ChiliPiper, Zoom, Google Suite, Intercom, Slack;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually;
  • Ability to learn quickly & effectively;
  • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. A professional telephone manner is essential;
  • Passion for discussion with people about their business and business challenges;
  • Experience with technology and/or B2B sales.
